UPDATE FOR CURRENT SHIPPING TIMES AROUND THE CORONAVIRUS:
Currently we are working around the clock (day/night and weekends) to fulfill orders. Orders are taking a little longer at this point but we are doing our best to get them out as soon as possible. We are currently running at 3-4 business day turnaround to get them dispatched. We apologise for any inconvenience.
Orders are usually processed within 1 – 2 business days once we have received your order.
There is no dispatching of orders on Public Holidays and Weekends.
During sale periods, or releasing of new, high demand products, please allow additional time for dispatching.
We ship orders through Australia Post using their Standard Postal Service. We are located outside their Express zone, so unfortunately we can not offer an Express Service. If you order is urgent please contact us at [email protected] and we will see if we can work something out.
We may also ship large or heavier orders via a road freight courier. We reserve the right to use a freight company of our choice without notification. Road freight couriers do not ship the PO Boxes, so you maybe asked for a Residential or Business address for shipping.
SHIPPING RATE AND DELIVERY TIMES
We have tried our best to minimise shipping costs to help you get the most out of your cart. Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the order. We ship Australia wide and rates for different weights are the same for all states in Australia. Rates are as follows:
Up to 1kg = $8.30
1kg and upwards = $15.00 (Shipping is capped at $15.00)
FREE SHIPPING when you spend over $200.00.

Simply enter our suburb (5210 Mount Compass) in the ‘From’ field and your suburb in the ‘To’ field and select ‘GO’. This will give you an estimate only.
Local pickup of orders are from Nangkita, South Australia and are available by appointment only. If you wish to select this option, at checkout please select ‘Local Pickup’ and once your order is picked and ready for collection you will be notified by email. Please ensure you have the following email address saved to your address book to ensure emails are not re-directed to your junk/spam folder – [email protected]
